I founded Coffee and Consult in 2022 to guide executives—and aspiring executives—who are in transition: one job to another, one career to another or at a career crossroads.
Before creating Coffee and Consult, I conducted senior level retained executive search engagements as a senior consultant with Korn/Ferry International, the world’s largest retained executive search firm and my own practice, Pawlik/Dorman. As a retained executive search consultant, I identified and evaluated candidates, prepped them for client interviews and received feedback from hiring managers. I know from this experience how candidates are identified, vetted and finally selected for roles. What I teach in my practice is based upon deep, full-cycle senior level recruiting experience.
I work with no more than three clients at a given time because my process is collaborative and intense. My goal is not just to support individuals in an immediate job search, but to create a toolkit for job search and career management they can use for the duration of their careers.
