I founded Coffee and Consult in 2022 to guide executives — and aspiring executives — through transition: one job to the next, one career to another, or a genuine crossroads.

Before that, I ran senior-level retained executive search engagements, first as a senior consultant with Korn/Ferry International, the world’s largest retained search firm, and later through my own practice, Pawlik/Dorman (see pawlikdorman.com for clients and testimonials).

That work means I’ve identified candidates, prepped them for interviews, and heard the unfiltered feedback from hiring managers afterward — so I know firsthand how candidates are found, vetted, and ultimately chosen.

I work with no more than three clients at a time, because the process is collaborative and intensive. My goal isn’t just to help you land the next role — it’s to build a toolkit you’ll keep using for the rest of your career.
