The following is to confirm that we have an understanding about how we’ll work together, fees and other stuff.
Coffee and Consult is a collaboration between the jobseeker and Bernadette Pawlik. Unless you request them, I will not write your resume or other documents. I have found that a collaborative process results in better outcomes for you. As someone with 25+ years’ recruiting experience, I’ll serve best as your consultant and mentor.
Each session will be one hour by phone or video. Please be prepared on your end to record the session since my goal is to make the best use of your money and give you as much value as I can in that hour.
When the call takes place, expect to take notes and expect “homework” before any future consulting sessions.
Ideally, follow-up sessions are scheduled within 10 business days. I work with no more than three clients at a given time so scheduling in advance or a group of sessions is advisable.
You will be charged $195.00 in advance of each call. Payments will be accepted using Paypal only.
If the fee is not paid in advance, we will have to reschedule the call.
If our fee schedule or our other requirements do not work for you, we will be happy to share a list of free or reasonably priced job resources you might find better suited for your needs.
